I found this x/Twitter thread about Prof Jiang, which links his activities with NGOs in China which were funded by the NED. So it's very likely our guy is a Fed asset.

He went to Yale, a major CIA funnel historically. He may well be a Fed himself.

My name is Professor Jiang. Today I'm going to tell you how the Chinese Communist Party brainwashes you with subliminal messaging in the color red. As you may know, red is the symbol of communism. The Communist Party knows this and knows people will respond negatively to the color red. To get around this they print barcodes on everything and then paint the color red over the barcodes so you don't see it. Every baby in China is born with a microchip in their eyes that can see and scan the barcode. This microchip then forces the brain to release dopamine as it feels your thoughts full of pro-communist slogans. This is how the Chinese government brainwashes its citizens.

He already has a platform. His views were probably impulsioned by the YT algorithm, maybe with some funding to help spread his channel. At this point, the guy can't just be ignored.
