Like any of this matters. The courts should just shut up we all know nothing is going to happen and there well be no consequences. Worst they go to supreme court and get a shadow docket.

OK so article explains why they didnt send her home but why congo when they didnt even want her?
Because the US have a deal with Congo. They can send deported people there, and Congo get compensated for each person.
Oh that'sa crazy factiod. Thanks for the info.
The US also have similar deals with Ghana, South Sudan and Eswatini
The more I learn about the shitty shady things this admin has been up to, the more ashamed of being an American I get - just when I thought I couldn't get more ashamed.
Then i do regret to inform you that this isn't news. The US signed similar deals with Honduras and Uganda in 2025.
Im sure its not intentional its places no one would go to for tourism.

Yep. Trying to cover up their tracks and make a little coin. All part of the American Scheme.
Other than the obvious reason that Trump wants them to suffer, any reason why the EU isn't accepting deportees when they come with money attached?
Well, for one, EU isnt a country. It's a Union of countries. So any such deal would have to be negotiated with an individual country.
And secondly, there are very few countries in the EU that would want to assist the US deporting their "illegal aliens" to Europe.
We've been dealing with the continued aftermath of US preacense in the middle east. And been quite busy with that for the past 25 years.
