I was gonna say you're not fatphobic, since you don't talk about this stuff unprompted. But when prompted, you started assuming everyone feels the same way as you and dismissing the diversity of different people's preferences in a way I don't like. I think you should be more open minded. Not everyone is the same as you.

That's a harsh and cruel way to think. Maybe realize that the body can gain fat even with a perfect diet and exercise for reasons beyond one's control.
Fat phobia? Not being attracted to a person who is fat or any other trait isn’t phobia. I am pretty sure fat phobia means that you think badly of fat people.

Oil is hydrophobic because it's repulsed by water. I suspect OP is repulsed by fat people. I also suspect he thinks badly of fat people.
Also, black people can definitely be racist. I've been told that most black people have had the experience of scrubbing their skin with soap and water as a child, trying to rub the blackness off. That's called internalised racism, and it's a big problem. In a society that trains people to be racist, even black people can be affected.
