Turns out he was referring to his own victim complex.
They are so delusional, they think nothing wrong of it. They are protecting themselves from becoming victims...of the law.
To be fair you could put a gay male prostitute in there and catch almost as many.
But those at least wouldn't be doing anything illegal, they're just massive hypocrites

Why on earth is the senders name redacted? If the person is in jail it doesn't have to be. Who are they protecting by blanking out the name, and why?
Probably to trade their anonymity for testemonies against others. Or because they are all buddies.
Or because they are the commander in chief and mandate that they hide his name.
There's so much worse in there. I can't bring myself to read them as CSA survivor, but what tidbits have gotten through to me keep me up at night. These people are monsters in the truest sense of the word.
And I plan to move on from it just as soon as we all march dozens of these on to the white house lawn, and USE them.
