I mean I didn’t make this, but every character in the captcha is actually a guy I believe. Ed is however a girl as she says.

He's a guy, his body is a girl's that he functionally borrowed but he changed it to be more androgynous because he's not allowed to use his real original body.
So functionally he's a genderless slime, with the soul of a dude piloting a flesh mecha of a flat chest women.

They identified as male at the start, and but over time that identity has transitioned to a more non-binary one.
Eh sorta, he still refers to him self as male. He just isn't allowed to use his male human form for spoiler reasons. So he can only use a borrowed female human form.
He literally changes it to be more male so to meet in the middle. Gender is never a real big concern to him since it's basically a loved ones "corpse" he's wearing.
He just doesn't really care about the gender problem. It would be more apt to say he's a dude who doesn't care at all because honoring his friend is more important.
He very much uses male suffiixs and pronouns. He just wears a female form and would happily go back to using his actual male form if he was allowed to. Kinda a whole thing...

Iirc, and i could be wrong, but im pretty sure about these:
Top left astolfo: nonbinary, refers to themselves that way Top middle felix: girl, i remember a scene where she was talking to someone else and this is the impression that was left on me Middle middle rimuru(maybe?): never adresses their gender once afaik so im going to guess non binary, but possibly leaning male
It gets addressed. Hes male not allowed to use his male form, so he's stuck using the female form of a good friend. He changes it to be more masculine one to not be a clone of his dead friend he's borrowing the body form. And he can only change it so much.
So it's stuck in the middle. Basically a flat chested androgynous woman.
But because his new body is a genderless slime. Any human form he takes is basically just cosplay.
Rimaru is basically just doing magical crossdressing cosplay with the modified corpse of a very close friend.
The entire thing has very morbid subtext while also being really sweet.
Except Felix is a guy...
I looked into this a bit more, and it seems its a bit contested, especially because light novel vs anime vs translations both dub and sub.

Fascinating. As someone who only watched the anime, I thought they identified as male. Those scenes mentioned where they identify as female were never shown.
Rimuru was previously male (before being isekaid) but the humanoid body is copied from a woman, but Rimuru goes by male pronouns (at least in the anime).
Does out side the anime too. There's even a whole thing about him wanting but not allowed to use a male form for reasons.
