Clearly it’s a distinct Costco culture from what you find in China.
Sales and deals and stuff, to be honest.
Everywhere I look these days, social issues.
Just more and more people advocating for behaviour that does not foster even trying to be friendly to others in society.
Some people get very weird about going to the supermarket.
There are a lot of old people who shop when I do at the start of the month and...its fucking weird. Like you have to get out of the way or they'll just hit you as if they don't notice you are there.
I get weird about it, gotta gauge how many people are there before I go in. I try to slip in at the least busy times. I miss the 24 hour schedule some of ours used to have. Nothing like a 4am grocery run in a ghost town.
Costco is uniquely annoying
