lobbying wasn't enough they had to normalize insider trading . politician becoming corporation executives as well , truly the most corrupt government in history

I recall someone once saying they found a comparison between bribery and lobbying and the explanation for why lobbying wasn't bribery was cause it's legal, lol

Not all of them have a formalized lobbying mechanism. It still happens, but at least there's a chance of a corruption sentence if it's scandalous. In the US they are called "super donations" and bragged about
