He sounds like he is on death’s door. His voice is raspy as fuck, it was painful to listen to.

[-] greyhaven7@lemmy.world 7 points 1 year ago

Jesus, is he dying? He sounds like shit.

It's a pre requisite that presidential candidates must be one cold winter away from death

I thought it was just a bad mic or acoustics until the mic picked up the other guy.

Well reading upside-down isn't that easy. It takes practice.

Or, maybe there's another way....

Or, maybe there's another way....

Oh course there is, it' very obvious.

Are people really not seeing it?

You just hang the candidate upside down so he sees his update down notes the right way...

Sheesh.

"We stopped using paper for speeches grandpa. Just read the teleprompter right in front of you."

Yeah this bastard won't make it to the primaries. He'll either die or realize he's a dumbass.

[-] FlyingSquid@lemmy.world 8 points 1 year ago

No primaries involved when he's running as an independent. But I love how people are calling Biden senile when this guy doesn't understand rotating a piece of paper.

More likely a teleprompter. The main screen is upside down but it's reflected on glass you're supposed to read from.

Still a bit amateurish for a long established politician he's never used a teleprompter before?

Grandpa, if it's upside down... try rotating it.
