It’s amazing how far technology has progressed.

I had a cellphone shaped one as a kid. I remember actually enjoying it, however it broke and leaked all of the water after a while.

WIFI and Bluetooth? Fancy.

[–] Thassodar@sh.itjust.works 9 points 3 days ago

Even better? Someone had to design, fit, color, and print this monstrosity. Inside I think it's screaming "KILL ME".

Plus a builtin camera.

If you bust it open and drink the liquid inside you'll unlock the emergency room level.

I think Ring Toss would be a good one to try.

The volume buttons are killing me

[–] inari@piefed.zip 11 points 3 days ago

They ran out of budget for full circle buttons

Not start or home, but Escape button on a console too. Playing with power there.

Maybe you can bring up the task manager with it.

I would love to buy one of these seriously. These kept me entertained for hours when I was a kid.

For a really long time I didn't know you were meant to put the rings in the hoops. I just liked seeing the rings float around as a kid. Autism moment maybe?

It's only very recently somebody told me it's an actual game, and they pretty quickly got most of the rings on one of the poles.

[–] Cethin@lemmy.zip 3 points 3 days ago

It's a game, meaning you're supposed to do whatever makes it fun for you. If you were having fun just launching the rings then you were playing it correctly!

Damn dude. I hope you're doing ok.

[–] sbeak@sopuli.xyz 1 points 2 days ago

Is this sarcasm, or are you being serious? I can't really tell.

If it's the latter, then yes, I am okay

Looks like you've got bubble bobble there

Often overlooked because it was a launch tie-in game and came with every console, but it is legit the best game on the system.

I have the same game, with this background, branded "𝒾𝓅𝒽ℴ𝓃ℯ 𝟴" but also PSP-shaped. Predates the iPhone 6, actually.

[–] ivanafterall@lemmy.world 5 points 3 days ago

The colors on that display really pop.

[–] cockmushroom@reddthat.com 2 points 3 days ago

Looks like the tv in ed, edd, n eddy

I forgot about those!!!

[–] zorrobandito@aus.social 1 points 3 days ago

@Shatur Hydro Thunder is good. You could probably get DC emulation up and run Seaman too!
