Can we get something going like a chat room or something just for mods that are established? To bounce idea's off of each other and get more traffic and stuff into lemmy.world? (lemmy.world)

Also bounce opinions off of. How to correct something that seems lacking in a community, so that you could have another mod to discuss stuff? Or just bitch and moan about users and stuff without reprecussions? I think it would be a better and would make us more active in getting traffic.

You know how there is the joke about every friend group has a secret group that excludes someone and if your friend group doesn't then bad news?

I am just saying it would be nice for like mods to try out new idea's and another mod could be like hey we tried this here is where we messed up but this other way you can strive. It would enbiggen more communities and get rid of these mod's that have left lemmy and haven't posted anything in 3 years or anything. It's a bonus to everyone. There is no downside the everyday users have the rest of the sight. Basically we would like something like discord but not discord where we can chat and stuff without fear of pissing people off and help monitor other's communities and be more active.
