Do the people in the back of the lane really know what they are waiting for?
That's wild. Do these people not have any alternatives like public transport? (I get that it can be a hassle, but compared to this...)
Bicycle prices have surged in the last two weeks, no joke.
I hope this is for real
Here is some background info:
In Transbaikalia, fuel sales via QR codes will be introduced β residents stand in queues for up to four days
The authorities of Transbaikalia plan to introduce an electronic queue at gas stations with individual one-time use QR codes β "to eliminate chaos, ensure regularity, and give everyone equal rights." This was stated by the governor of the region, Alexander Osipov.
Osipov ordered the strengthening of police and volunteer control at gas stations β to track those who pour gasoline into canisters, resell fuel, or sell spots in line. He also ordered the organization of hot meals and water for those who stand in line for a long time to refuel. This order was given a week after the start of the crisis in the region.
The governor noted that people with disabilities have the right to refuel out of turn. However, in the neighboring Irkutsk Oblast, gas station employees refused such people, the "People of Baikal" channel points out.
Earlier, the Exilenova+ channel showed drone-shot video of a multi-kilometer queue for gasoline in Transbaikalia. Residents of the region have been facing a crisis for the second week now: according to drivers, the wait reaches 36 hours, and sometimes up to four days. The authorities limited the sale of gasoline to 15β50 liters per day per person.
In the neighboring Irkutsk Oblast, authorities set up chemical toilets by the road, ordered the police to catch gasoline scalpers, and ordered Rosneft to increase supplies.
Fuck them orcs.
Those are not the orcs, those are the peons exploited by the orcs.
Helicopter is not a drone
I'm stupid. I had the video muted and wasn't thinking.
