This is of course bullshit. There is no way Ukraine pulled it off on its own. The US and UK were behind it, possibly helped by Poland, Denmark or Sweden, and Germany knows it, it just needs a convenient scapegoat.

People keep forgetting that Polands foreign minister quite literally thanked the US publicly for destroying Nordstream.
I remember there being a weird video of Scholz where he acted suspiciously when asked about NordStream before it was destroyed. I can't remember the content of the video since it was a while ago. But it seemed like he is in on it.
I think it's fairly obvious that parts of the German ruling elite were in on it.
There was a press conference about six months before the bombing with Biden and Scholz, where Biden said it can't be opened, Scholz said that's not up to you, and Biden then alluded to other means the US could leverage.

Funny enough liberals are even fine with that. Its not rare to hear, that it was fine anyway to destroy the pipeline. Also the false dilemma is a joke: Either gas from the US or gas from Russia. Germany could keep the pipeline and addition still archive the switch to receiving gas via ship. Russia had nothing from destroying it, still this denial was crazy.
