Google says the cost for Russia to replace one is 45-60 million dollars. They're also used as a platform for launching heavy cruise missiles, so that sounds like a pretty juicy target for Ukraine to take out.

$55-85million each, and inservice since ~2014.

Not exactly top of the line, but not a meaningless loss either.
