God I wish, but from what I looks like I'm going to be on the receiving end of them selling the house and me having to try and figure something out.

It's fine. Someone on here had some good advice though with the money from selling the house and the will, maybe getting my own home, not quite sure the specifics of it, but there might be a way with me being low to no income.
There were some programs in the past. Not sure how it is now given the situation. But def look around. The big thing is if you can get help with a down payment. The only reason we have a house is because of some rural program that lumped the down payment into the cost. Or something like that.
Oh, it looks like you're going to get part of the money from selling it? If so, that's good, my impression from your past posts was that you were basically getting cut out. Not that it isn't shitty still that they're gonna sell it out from under you, but it's definitely much better for you to at least get something from it, y'know
Yeah, and I also get my dad's car, so if worst comes to worst I have a car I can sleep in
