Why aren't people flying Palestinian flags? (hexbear.net)

When the Ukraine war kicked off there were Ukraine flags all over the place. All the lib houses with the "we believe in signs" had it up. Now I'm not surprised they aren't flying Palestinian flags right now, but I haven't seen a single one and I'm in "blue hole" part of the country. I would expect to see something more than the occasional pin or button. It pisses me off that people still have out their sunbleached Ukraine flags while there is a blantant genocide going on. Truly it reveals the liberal libidinal urge for permission.

Is there a better place to buy a Palestinian flag than amazon?

EDIT: I dont expect the same houses flying Ukrainian flags to fly Palestinian flags. I just expect some homes in my city to be flying a Palestinian flag. Its such a blue hole that theres actually a socialist presence. I know there's people who support Palestine here. I'm not worried about a Zionist lynch mob.

I live in the UK: flying any flag from your home is extremely suspicious unless it's the world cup, and even then it marks you as a deeply unserious person.

I have seen a decent number of pro palestinian posters in people's windows though.

The problem is Hamas. It's all complex and full of lots of contradictory motivations. I wish things could be different but this monopoly of Hamas power in the West Bank, makes it difficult to raise a flag in support. Ukraine is not the same situation but Putin tried to spin it that way, saying that the Ukrainian government was corrupt and a Nazi regime.

I think Israel uses Hamas as a lever against Palestinians and the Palestinians are so deep in survival mode they can't afford to change. The solution is for Israel to stop bombing, allow the Palestinians to try and live a normal life. Hamas should be the target of Israel not the people who were born on the wrong side of a fence. Considering the Israeli Government knew about the buildup and training that Hamas was doing before this latest attack just makes me feel like they wanted it and allowed it so they could blow the fuck out of the West Bank.
