I have been experimenting with using Inkscape and OpenSCAD for 3d modeling, and it seems to work for what I do, but I know quite a few people prefer a more graphical interface than OpenSCAD.

It would be nice to also have it on F-Droid.

This community can be found on Mander

I haven't used Stack Overflow in a while so I forgot about most of those features, and as long as it also uses ActivityPub it doesn't really matter that much if it is a different platform. I think some of those features could even be useful on Lemmy (tagging posts would be nice and maybe community-editable posts could be a thing that communities could choose to enable).

Lemmy could be that, just have programming (and other) Q&A communities here.

I wanted to implement the pics into the post via ![alt text](image url) But it was not working for the upscayl version, sorry.

I just had to copy the link that the Download original image button pointed to and remove the ?dl=1 from the end, and that gave me this URL which points to the image and can be embedded in the post.

I was wondering if there are any Mastodon clients (desktop or mobile) that support pagination like that of Lemmy. I do not like infinite scrolling, and much prefer pagination with page numbers, but I have only seen clients with infinite scrolling or a 'load more' button.

You might be able to use webscreensaver.

Lemmy Client PWA (github.com)

wefwef is a neat mobile-focused client I found that is similar to the Apollo client for Reddit. It is a web app (and probably the best web app I have ever used), so it takes almost no space to install and works on many platforms (currently the interface is styled to look like an iOS native app, but they are planning on making an Android theme).

I appointed myself as a moderator of my community !illegallysmolbirbs@mander.xyz and it shows on the page on Mander but not on lemmy.studio, and I am not able to moderate the community from my lemmy.studio account.

I think it is still is useful, as some software still hasn't figured out how to turn on numlock automatically, and for a few applications number pad scrolling can be better than the arrow keys, but it is probably less useful than the scroll lock key at this point.

I am trying to subscribe to the community !illegallysmolbirbs@mander.xyz, and it is not showing up when I search for it. I was able to access another community from Mander earlier, so it is a bit of a strange issue.

I am a moderator on the subreddit r/illegallysmolbirbs, and we are considering creating a Lemmy Community. I am not sure if it would be on-topic for this community, so I figured I would ask you all if you think it would fit well here.
