The trick is to go to places that aren’t popular, and never post pictures to social media.

There are places near me where I can stand on top of a mountain, in direct line of sight of millions of people, without having met a single person on the trail that day.

No? There were certainly lynchings, suicides, HIV deaths. But the amount that didn’t survive doesn’t number in the tens of millions. The disparity in rates between generations is far too large.

At my grocery store, pork tenderloin and chicken wings are $6/lb, and pork shoulder or chicken breasts are $3/lb. Bacon starts at $5/lb for the scraps.
