You'd probably have to significantly change the firmware - It would probably be easier to just program it to pull stuff using esphome

He's also going to do it at 9pm which will be ~88°, nowhere near the 100+ he was bragging about. Kinda doubt he's even going to do it outside (so the temperature won't even fucking matter).

Dudes a lying asshole.

This week, New Jersey became the tenth state to pass a bill allowing residents to purchase small plug-in solar installations, bypassing longstanding utility permitting laws. But the New Jersey bill went one step further, expanding plug-in solar access for renters by prohibiting landlords and homeowners’ associations from blocking them

Really awesome news - now perhaps someday my condo HOA will install some EV chargers...

Imagine being so fragile, you arrest someone for (not even loudly) playing music.

I hope the national guard members and officers involved end up rethinking their life choices, morality, and ethics.

Exactly why the internet should be the fediverse - corporations have too much power and are sanitizing the internet.

Really tells you all you need to know.

Also the dissenting opinion that points out just because a group is small doesn't mean its not discrimination.

If they were going to uphold one thing, I'm glad it was this, as controversial as finding the constitution consititional is.

Some even have 3d printers if you wanted to get into that without making a $600+ investment.

Wow, its almost as if every president realized what a terrible plan it would be to attack.

“You have a lion, a bear, an alligator and... a squirrel. OK, which is the squirrel?” Trump recounted at the event.

The question involving a cat, a dog, and a raccoon were too challenging, I'm sure.

Any wireless headphones people would recommend?

I currently have a pair of Arctis 7Xs that I use the Xbox adapter with while dual booting windows - I'd like to find something that isn't so finicky and works with both OSes (mostly so I can boot into Windows less...) while also working over 2.4Ghz for low latency.

Bonus points if you can also connect a phone other Bluetooth

Ten years after the Supreme Court extended marriage rights to same-sex couples nationwide, the justices this fall will consider for the first time whether to take up a case that explicitly asks them to overturn that decision.

Kim Davis, the former Kentucky county clerk who was jailed for six days in 2015 after refusing to issue marriage licenses to a gay couple on religious grounds, is appealing a $100,000 jury verdict for emotional damages plus $260,000 for attorneys fees

The U.S. military is said to be preparing to activate National Guard troops in Washington, D.C., as part of President Trump’s crackdown on crime.

Sort of depressing that someone standing up and contradicting Trump is news...

Attorney General Pam Bondi informed President Trump in the spring that his name appeared in the Jeffrey Epstein files, according to three people with knowledge of the exchange.

The disclosure came as part of a broader briefing on the re-examination of the case by F.B.I. agents and prosecutors. It was made by Ms. Bondi during a meeting that also included the deputy attorney general, Todd Blanche, and covered a variety of topics. Ms. Bondi frequently meets with Mr. Trump to brief him on various matters, officials said.

The lower chamber was originally scheduled to be in session through Thursday, but votes were scrapped as Democrats and some Republicans push for a floor vote to force the release of the Epstein files. Lawmakers will now head home until Sept. 2, after votes on Wednesday afternoon.

Trump initially sought to negotiate a new nuclear deal with Iran — one to replace the Obama-era agreement that he abandoned, despite Iran's apparent compliance, in 2018.

I feel like this doesnt get enough attention.

Dude threw away a winning hand and is now at the table naked.

A reminder to support your local public broadcast station, and of Mr. Rogers testifying before Congress (and actually making a conservative switch stances - that won't happen today)
