Mann, ist das mistverständlich formuliert. Selbstverständlich dürfen die Autos auch länger als die 3 Stunden stehenbleiben, wenn es von den Schildern her erlaubt ist. Für die restliche Zeit zahlen sie dann eben ganz normal.
