i didn't really care for the story, but the gameplay was incredibly fun. i liked that it was more focused on exploration and research rather than combat, with the sneaking mechanic allowing you to capture pokemon without having to fight them.

i also had a really good time with new pokemon snap, but it's pretty slow paced so it might not be for everyone.

a lot of them also have a sensor that tells you if you're brushing too hard. i've honestly always kinda thought electric toothbrushes were bullshit, but i have one (misaligned) tooth where i've damaged the gumline pretty badly that's what convinced me to finally get one

damn, i just looked up what the word 'authoritarianism ' means and now i'm freaking the fr*ck out. have you ever heard of this book called 1984? it sounds like China is a lot like that book except that big brother is now Chinese and everything is happening in the year 2025 and not 1984 like the book said it would. crazy to think about (and i love to think!)

I read earlier today - I think from NRK, citing Reuters - that one of their airlines had received something like 25k applications in the last few days from settlers wishing to leave the zionist entity

TL;DR: The Senate's saddest zionist ogre has a Bolsonaro-esque affinity for collecting mental illnesses and is probably going to kill himself soon.

Also, he's addicted to ruining his kids' birthdays:

In March, Fetterman suddenly took an early-morning trip to Hartford, Connecticut, without telling his team why — leaving them at a loss for what to tell Gisele when she demanded to know why he was missing one of their kids’ birthdays. Fetterman objected to this characterization, saying to me, “I took a weekend trip in March to visit the grave site of my friend from grad school who died in 1993 — a trip my staff and family knew about.”

context:

According to White House visitor logs reviewed by the New York Post, Dr Kevin Cannard, a Parkinson’s disease expert at Walter Reed medical center, met with Dr Kevin O’Connor, a doctor of osteopathic medicine who has treated the president for years.

The visit took place at the White House residence clinic on 17 January. Cannard has visited the White House house eight times since August 2023. On seven of those visits, most recently in late March, he met with Megan Nasworthy, a liaison between Walter Reed and the White House.
