Fuck yeah...good job. This is how I would like to see "AI" implemented. Is there some way to attach other data sources? Something like a local hosted wiki?

"Students were asked to write a 650-word response to an academic study that examined whether conformity with gender norms was associated with popularity or bullying among middle school students."

"Fulnecky wrote that she was frustrated by the premise of the article because she doesn’t believe that there are more than two genders based on her understanding of the Bible, according to a copy of her essay"

That person clearly just didn't understand the task they were given. It doesn't matter whether you believe there are more than two genders. Clearly there are other people that do and thus do not adhere to the gender norms and that can have an effect on their popularity or whether or not they get bullied. So...that person was just unable to comprehend that there might be people out there that see the world with different eyes...heck, that person even got offended by that fact. That is so stupid!

In academia you are (and should be!) constantly confronted with different ideas and logic and arguments should become your tools to deal with them. That person could have even used a Christian point of view to try and explain the results of that study (whatever that was).

Absolutely. But you can't do more than kick the ass of everyone in your group that isn't doing their part. You can't stop and give up as well. You have to motivate all other group members and - if necessary - kick out the one dude that does nothing.

So...you can complain and moan, but in the end it does not change what you have to do.

From the other siexe of the pond, I really wish you all the strength and wish you all the best. I'm serious, I'm really worried about everyone in the US.

Please don't take this the wrong way, because I absolutely understand your position and the shitty position your in.

Trump IS your president. Whether you voted for him or not. At the same time, the government, or rather the way you are governed, is also YOUR responsibility. No one can change it but you and your fellow citizens. If you don't like your president, elect someone else. If you don't like the presented options, pressure whatever party you think fits into providing better options. If you fear, you won't be able to ever get a real vote anymore, then fight for your right! No one from the outside is going to come in and fix this for you. This is THE ONE responsibility that you have as a citizen....

Can't quite make it out, but does it say "took long time to get her"?

Also look at all the mass-firings in the tech industry. Many of them are argued with AI being able to replace the workers, even though this hasn't been proven. Even non-tech companies argue that way. AI is supposed to increase efficiency and thus you need less people to do the work.

The dot-com bubble at least also came with mass-enployment. I wonder if the burst of the AI-bubble will result in the companies having to re-employ many of the workers they fired...

Check out JetKVM. The software and hardware is well thought out and works great. I use it for my homelab (mostly internally, so I can't say too much about external access).

The amazing thing is that there is often a translation layer involved and it still runs faster. And as it was pointed out, this can also be achieved with a "normal" Linux system.

That turns them generally on or off. That setting was already toggle on. I turned it off and on again and restarted the app, but it didn't show the message again.

As I said...i saw the changelog message and closed it. I just want to view it again.

When the app has been updated, it shows a popup with the last changes. Once you close it, there seems to be no way to re-open it again.

Am I mistaken? Because I would very much like to have the ability to review the changelog after closing the popup.

Greetings from Germany

I want to add a switch to my dashboard. But I don't just want it to be a button. When I add a card and select by entity, I can see a "preview" of exactly what I want it to look like (see below). But I cannot add that as a card. It doesn't matter what card I choose, it always looks different. I noticed the same for all sorts of other entities. I know I was able to have such a button in my dashboard some years ago, when I first played around with it. After a break I'm coming back to homeassistant and this is really frustrating me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
