Not even offended, just confused.

This is close to mine (though I don't think it's particularly unpopular): if you are using icons, use only universal icons. Floppy disk for save, little kidergarten house drawing for home all legible and totally fine. If you have to make up your own icon for a button action, save yourself the hover/tooltip work and just put text on the button. I don't want to have guess what two boxes on top of each other with an arrow on the right curving between them is supposed to mean.

It takes you to the older (less ad ridden) interface. I preferred it because it is not infinite scroll.

I was also shadow banned and the best I can figure out is because I kept using old (dot) reddit.

For me it's usually because the article is behind a paywall.

You really probably aren’t doing anything so important that you can’t take a call while literally expecting prospective jobs to call you.

Except when I moved across the country on a deadline, I have always had a job when applying for jobs. I'm not just waiting around for calls to interview.

Since he's looking for an intern, the chances are very very high that they could also be in class. While my college (maybe just my degree program) was generally lax about things like attendance and going in and out of classes, I'm not loosing out on my education to answer a phone call that may only potentially be for a job.

I think being a blade of grass would be the ultimate "touching grass" experience.

If she were interested, and she could not make the time work, she would have given you a counter proposal.

Unless you either keep pushing for dates or radically change your behavior toward her, she's unlikely to think you're obsessed with her or a creep. Go back to how you were behaving before you asked her the first time.

A little before the me too movement, there was a yes all women, as a response to this sort of thing. No not all men act like this. But pretty much every woman has dealt with a few men acting like this. More if you move around in public a lot. Fewer if you drive everywhere and don't go out much. Very very few once you're visibly old.

What are you supposed to do if your tea goes cold?

Or a sensory processing disorder.

For those of you who have done broomstick lace, how much yarn does it take up. I'm working on a different lace project, and it seems like I'm going to have extra yarn (I panicked about 1/3 of the way through and bought three more skeins). I'm plotting what to do with the extra and want to try a broomstick lace project, but I'm not sure how much I'll need.
