Goi is a Jewish word to describe Non-Jewish people. That's relatively normal. It is not like muggle in Harry Potter tho! It means "all the diverse culture and people on this earth". So far more "nice".

If a Jew labels another Jew as such it usually means that person stretches religious rules, cultural norms a bit. Which usually is used in a more playful/slangish way. However, this comes from an inbound group. Analogous to, how the n-bomb can be dropped among certain peers.

With that being said, I think he just wants show off a little how much he knows and uses the word to udermine his competence. Potentially using it a bit off and awkward. From the information you gave (!), he is not antisemititc. Not on purpose at least.

Vielleicht ist die Frage "Rostbraten oder Chicken Curry" so gemeint, dass man sich das nach dem Essen fragt.

Doppel "btw". Rar.

Hey ☺️

A few years ago I read a book where a group of friends kidnapped strangers to hunt them down. It was a yearly (?) event for them. They went to a cabin and released the victims into the woods. After a given time they started stalking them. It was set in the US. They basically pretended to be just old school friends having a traditonal reunion weekend in their cabin.

I could have sweared it was just called "Hunting Season." However, I do not find it under this name. Same goes for "Killing Season."

If I recall correctly, the book was released in the 70s, maybe the 80s.

Is anyone of you able to identify that book?

Thank you so much!

Mittank was documented acting strangely while alone in Bulgaria. He called home to his mother claiming that people were trying to kill him. On the day when he was supposed to fly home, Mittank went to the Varna Airport to consult with a doctor. He was later seen on airport security footage running out of the airport and towards an adjacent forest. He has never been seen since.
