How is this a meme..?
Yeah most people agree $28 for lunch is insanely expensive.
But it doesn't stop quotes like this from being passed around as ragebait.
Little bits I'm guessing?
It fits the most original definition of meme, as a spread idea, but, any progression beyond that point and I think it falls off.
It isn't a shared joke, or even something like a trending hairstyle or theme.
If every sub-lemmy (I don't know the term for subs here) is political news, then this place is even worse than reddit was.
