I did leave out some important details, I see now.

Unfortunately I've been barely getting by. Assume I have nothing ingredient wise. I have some seasonings, but that's about it. I'll definitely have to build up a supply of essentials. I have some pots and pans. Nothing fancy, but I make do. I have an oven, stove, and microwave.

I'm southeast US. COL around here I feel like is kind of high, but it's no big city. There is a Publix (main grocery around here), an Aldi, Walmart, and Asian market all within a couple miles, which is good because I rely on a bicycle and the bus.

I have no dietary restrictions. I'm trying to move my diet more towards no-meat but I'm not there yet. That said, I welcome meatless suggestions.

You got me ๐Ÿ˜‚ In my meager defense, I posted this right before bed and had already smoked. I left out a few details I should have included.

I definitely fixated on specifically mangos for a while last year. They're tasty.

Antici...

But in all seriousness, I know the feeling you're describing, but I also don't have a word for it. It's not a great feeling.

...pation.

Hi, I vape. You're not wrong at all. One day I will quit, but for now it's a psychological crutch (and physical addiction) that is less bad for me than the pack+ a day I smoked for like 9 or 10 years. I didn't take your message as an attack, for the record. Just giving context for the rest. I would never intentionally blow vape in anyone's face and have gone to great lengths to avoid doing so. The only exception to this has been with partners and friends where it's an in thing.

Those same people would have probably blown cigarette smoke in your face, but there was such a negative social connotation. For some reason, people who vape seem to think that because it's not smoke they are magically allowed to blow it in your face now and 'look cool '. For some reason not enough people are decking these individuals, so we're not building that negative connotation properly.

Maybe some of these people are too young to even know that blowing cigarette smoke in someone's face is rude? I'm in my 30s. That feels like more benefit of the doubt than I'm willing to give the overwhelming majority.

Jeez, stop bragging. Some of us are lonely.

Hey, I just saw this. You've got it correct. I just 'obfuscate' it, probably more out of old habits than any real practicality. About to edit the main post as it was fulfilled!

My dad was a florist. He owned his business and took great care of his employees. One's mortgage he helped pay outside of her compensation for years. Another stole from him and cheated him a couple times before he fired him because he didn't want his family to suffer and knew the guy had just fallen off the wagon.

Of course he died when I was 12, because the world cannot be a just and fair place.

ETA: He was also a very liberal Pentecostal, which if anyone knows that church, that's a weird thing lol. He was also a Zionist, in that he loved the Jewish people and thought Israel was theirs by right. He studied the tribes and all that. He was a bit of an amateur bible scholar. Maybe I'm being hopeful, but I'm certain had he lived to see what I've seen, and been educated outside of the ultra conservative church he loved so much, he would have felt very differently. It would not have been within his character to uphold such atrocities.

Oh it's definitely a very strong mu agonist. Also, my favorite thing about oxycodone was it, for me, was an upper and then a downer. So l love that kratom has that quality, and even grants you better control over it. I can take 3-4 grams and go to work with a nice mood boost and some extra energy. Or I can take 10 or so for relaxing times.

I need to Uber in to work in the morning as I commute four and a half miles on a bicycle at 3:30am and tomorrow is going to be both cold and rainy. Last time I had to Uber in it was 18 plus tip, so I'm requesting 25.

Thank you all so much

I had an unexpected expense come up and now I'm trying to figure out food for the next five days. I don't really have an amount in mind, but anything helps. 20 or so should do it.

I'm finally starting to get caught up on my bills. I had to pay back a few loans from friends, but my life is finally starting to look financially viable. I do need some help this week with a little bit of groceries. 30 should do wonderfully.

I'm managing to pay my rent on time for the first time in months! Unfortunately, that was all my money this check. Going forward I should be able to keep up and not in incur late fees.

For now, I need money for a month bus pass and some groceries. The bus pass is about $20, and as we all know food is expensive.

Thank you all!

I'm in need of a little help. I wasn't able to successfully budget for my bus pass this month. So I just need the $25 to cover that. With my wrist still broken, I can't ride my bike. So that at least saves me the hour plus walk home at the end of the day. The buses don't run at 2 and 3:00 in the morning when I go in to work, but it's still saves me about 4 miles a day.

The good news is, to anyone who's been paying attention to my posts over time, as of December I will finally be caught up on my rent, no longer have to pay late fees every month, and only have to come up with $175 each week to put towards rent. That's entirely reasonable, even though it's about 50% of my take-home. I've just been behind for so long, paying so many late fees, that I've just not been able to catch up no matter what. I finally caught a break because my complex offered a $300 renewal credit towards December. So I should need a lot less help here very soon, I hope. That will help my mental health immensely as well.

I do have CashApp, but it's overdrawn and the way the bus depot runs the transaction, it doesn't really like to spend the money that way. My PayPal is positive, so that should work. The bus depot must process it as an ATM transaction or something, which is strange, but whatever.

Thank you all so much for all the help you've given me in the past! I'm really excited to hopefully be able to help others here soon. I won't have a lot of extra money, but I will finally be above water, be able to pay all my bills, and maybe even have money left over to buy things that I need!

I forgot I needed to fill my meds so I didn't account for it in my last request. Thank to to everyone!

I managed not to lose my apartment. Because of all the late fees, I ended up having to pay $940 when my rent was only like $710.

Anyway, that's taken care of and I at least have a place to stay for another month. But that was all of my money and more, and now I need to get some essentials and food. Toiletries and the like.

Any amount is helpful. Thank you all so much.

I have a doctor's appointment on 11/20 to hopefully get my cast off! I am very excited. But with trying to figure out rent, I'm going to be short the copay, so I need to raise $50.

I am 230 short on paying rent late again for November. I don't think my complex is interested in helping out more than they have already letting me pay late and postpone the late fees. Any help would be great we appreciated. I've run out of places to turn. Thank you all so much.
