I guess it's bait for people who like to judge. The idea could be: it's not responsible to quit science for this and being a mother makes irresponsible choices even worse. That's not my point of view, but I know people whose life seems to be so empty that they feel a constant need to look down on others and the "mother" information gives them at least 5 more minutes of talking shit about how this is a terrible decision.

Love those colours - everytime I see a photogenic sunset I am on the way home. Sometimes if it's super nice I exit the motorway and try to find a place with a good view to take a picture, but it's never as beautiful as I saw it while driving, with the horizon clear in front of me. A nice sunset always makes my day better, thanks for sharing.

Oh I just saw it's sunrise not sunset - but both are good.

I mean it's run by the biggest kid, so I guess it's understandable that they at least want to check out what their like-minded fellow is doing over there.

I hope they turn away in disgust.

After reading Karate champion I thought he used it to fight the librarians. Either way a great story.

Now I'm planning to only go out in the disguise of Kevin Bacon, so people love me and I get my coffee faster

Now I feel stupid that I always assumed they just don't know better, but this makes a ton of sense - and they can even expect a raise each time they change jobs. So their whole career is based on bullshitting and they for sure make more money than me... I don't like this thought process

15000 downloads - that's messed up. This backs my opinion that inflationary usage of those LLMs do more harm than good atm. To copy and paste their answers, without questioning them, is like giving up your own critical thinking to rely on a highly gifted and eloquent LSD addict as your guide.

also stress is not helping - being constantly challenged to the point where you cannot take brakes isn't good for your health

”The International Bottled Water Association said in a statement: “There currently is both a lack of standardised [measuring] methods and no scientific consensus on the potential health impacts of nano- and microplastic particles. Therefore, media reports about these particles in drinking water do nothing more than unnecessarily scare consumers.”

Fuck capitalism - "no don't be too cautious, just consume until we can finally prove what tiny particles accumulated in your organs can do. How bad can it be?"

And they are so f*cking proud of being up early as if a short sleep is something worth to accomplish

We just had a laugh about this this week at work - it's just such a ridiculous size compared to European cars.

Hi, updated the app and tried again but "download" does not seem to do anything, or at least I cannot find the pictures in my gallery. Does the download folder have to be configured somewhere? Couldn't find the setting. Thanks!
