TOR fundamentally cannot be backdoored. The US government funds it because more traffic on the network helps mask the traffic coming from CIA agents and the like

There are accelerationists in every political sphere

Same thing happened with the emoji movie and the minion movie. As a former teenager I can attest that screaming at a mediocre movie with friends is a good time

Even if the moon was shattered, most of the pieces would probably just continue in their orbit.

Friendly reminder that hydrogen as a propulsive fuel will always be hot garbage. And that's not even considering the fact that displacing methane reformers in fertilizer production is a much better use for green H2 from an emissions standpoint

I think you need to go outside and explore this country more, if you think most people here are shitty. Sure our reputation is a bit of an exaggeration, but on the whole I still know that this country is majority good and kind people

Working 40 hours a week is not more harmful than smoking a pack a day. One of those pays you money, the other costs money.

You need help if you're coping this hard about your cigarette addiction

Capital investment is necessary regardless of your chosen economic system. Without banks, you're relying solely on a central government to dole out capital investment which has historically turned out poorly

The free press is alive and well, for now at least. Don't be hyperbolic.

This has got to be the widest desire path I've ever seen, but I'm excited to know if anyone has seen bigger. To my knowledge it's been here for at least 15 years.

Lemmings of Canada,

I just found out about the fediverse canvas event.

I have to assume that a Canadian flag with a horribly mangled maple leaf will show up somewhere, but I'm not sure if anyone has decided on a spot yet. ~~There's a large red box growing on the right side of the canvas that we could try to take over but that might be a little ambitious.~~

Just realized that red box is for us! Let's go Canada, I believe in our ability to draw a maple leaf.
