For me the third and last book trilogy was even better than the rest, a shame it didn't make it into the show.
It's a great show, at least the earlier seasons. And (from my limited perspective as a clueless outsider) seemed to represent native culture and integrate it into the storyline in a very natural and non-otherizing way.
So maybe that's where all the good copper went to, someone was desperately trying to get into Ningal's good graces

Remote functions look great! Glad to see they went a similar route to telefunc, which is what I've been using to fill this gap. It's pretty good already, but of course if I can drop a dependency, that's a win.
