For the first time in nearly 20 years, the ice rink is moving from Fountain Square to the brand new Elm Street Plaza.
3CDC says this is because they are expanding the holiday magic to take over downtown Cincinnati.
The Elm Street Plaza is where the Millennium Hotel used to be. About two blocks down is going to be a green space outside the convention center.
This winter, there will be an even bigger ice rink with a bigger warming tent, rentable fire pit pergolas and upscale igloos.

A lot of these machines are from schools, doctors offices, hospitals, or libraries. Its more expensive to be set up to properly erase these disks with compliance to the law than it is to destroy and recycle them. Also (at the company I worked for) a lot of the value of the item being sold is tied up in the processor and not the storage.
