I wish, but I wouldn't blame them for not announcing that if it did happen.
Why not? That would be awesome, we should all know.
If you were the alien communists, would you trust the ghouls of the U.S. empire with the knowledge? I wouldn't blame them if they waited to announce themselves to anyone on this planet for that reason alone.
I think the US Empire would not be able to withstand the force of the interplanetary proletariat.
Which is why you strike first, then make your introduction to the rest of the population.
If that's the strategy then it's understandable.
The aliens saw the plight of the DPRK and the wisdom of Juche, and decided to only accept them into the galactic community
