Posting unrealistic expectations: Austin Show is my transition goal.
Looking at him makes me want to start working out but I feel like it’s a waste of effort if I’m not on T yet.
It'll probably make you feel better like in general, obviously gains are way easier with T though. Apparently working out on its own can increase androgens. It's nothing compared to T injections, but still.
I’ve tried to build muscle before but it’s hard to stay motivated if the process is so slow
