Wow, imagine how monstrous you have to be to actually get arrested for that in Israel.

That, or he pissed off someone high up enough to get the law selectively enforced against him, like with rich people in America.

This particular military prison (Sdei Teiman) is like their Abu Ghraib or Gitmo. It’s notorious for abuse. It must have been REALLy bad for the MPs to be called in to criminally charge the soldiers involved.
