The important thing is that you've managed to feel smug without doing anything. Congrats!

at least i dont go on the internet to tell strangers how they feel

PSL and groups like them do a lot of good work at more local levels. Feel like that's worth pointing out

[–] loomy@lemy.lol 1 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

Like what? I'd be curious to know more.

[–] corgiwithalaptop@hexbear.net 12 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

Well, for instance, I live in a major city. Our branch of PSL runs food distribution events, has organized a ton of pro palestine protests, have pushed to elect socialist local aldermans, and more.

Pick a big city and find their PSL branch social media. You'll see what they're up to.

glad to hear they help people

Last I checked Marxism has been proven to be effective time and again, but you do you.

hey I'm just curious but do you know which leader presided over the greatest increase in life expectancy in recorded history?

[–] loomy@lemy.lol 0 points 2 weeks ago (2 children)

I doubt there's reliable data, but my guess would be sargon of akkad

how do you figure that's a greater increase than going from ape life to mesopotamia?

[–] Blakey@hexbear.net 14 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

Your understanding of history may actually be more pathetic than your understanding of political theory.

at least i dont attack strangers on the internet

[–] TommyBeans@hexbear.net 8 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago)

Weaponizing your general unwillingness to learn is attacking in it’s own way

[–] miz@hexbear.net 11 points 2 weeks ago

absolutely abysmal reading comprehension. good luck with your ape life

[–] miz@hexbear.net 10 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

do you think I said recorded history so you could handwave with this kind of dumb caveat

this answers my question about you being in high school

[–] loomy@lemy.lol 0 points 2 weeks ago

not sure why you're being so hostile
