Kill them. Get a gun and shoot them in the fucking head. Put the bodies in a hole, cover them with lime. Bring the next one over and show them the bodies. Ask them if they still want to be a member of the Royal Guard. Keep shooting them until one of them says no. You ask that one for information on how best to kill the others.
