i don't even watch star trek and i know this is wrong lol
space exploration isn't expansionism
they just chat with the alien people and help solve their problems, they don't like colonize them
isn't one of them like a super smart alien guy? and another one is a robot or something? and don't they have plot points sometimes where they fuck something up because of light human/federation chauvinism?
