That needed to be explained? We needed an entire article to talk about how right-wing bullshit is... actually bullshit?
It's for people who do actually believe this nonsense. Not that they'll accept it.
Right, they won't read it. Why bother trying to "convince" them? They have years of practice playing trolls, and deflecting every argument that doesn't agree with their shitty worldview.
At worst this doesn't convert anyone. Then you can count up from there. And it also vocalizes support, which might come across as pandering but that's about it.
I'm don't to see how this article is bad for anyone. At most, mildly annoying because "we knew that already".
For those on a dangerous path, that have not yet arrived.
Not opposing them does less than nothing. They see lack of vocal opposition as agreement, so disagreeing with them means being proactive and vocal.
Nobody believes it, though. People and companies that say such stuff want an excuse to be bigots.
If those Right-wingers could read, they'd be very upset.
