In Buddhism the "goal" is to not want. To have no desire. Desiring things is the root of all suffering and what keeps you tethered to "samsara" the cycle of birth, life, death and rebirth. (It's a cycle so its a "wheel".)

By following the eight fold path (Buddhist religious tenets) you give up desire and reach nirvana. A state of total detachment and the end of desire and therefore of suffering.
The joke here is that one person asserts that mommy desires nothing (Either as self identification, or as a joke about being unable to please someone in a dom/sub situation), and the response in the community note is that if she needs to tell people she has no desires she manifestly still has a desire for recognition.

It isnt funny imo, but none of my jokes are either so 🤷
