Trusst the plan
Nangang district has a high concentration of tech companies. it's also where the biggest convention center on the island is. Computex is happening next week.
Edit: though this is way down the road from the tech office area and the convention center, a completely different place. so ???
Probably going to announce at some big convention at the music center there.
with the US military distracted by iran and cuba, china has a chance to do something cool
