I like to imagine Han was like "you can't go out there in those same farm boy rags" and dug out some of Lando's old clothes that were left in the Falcon
While not bothering for himself and just buttoning his shirt up a bit does seem about right
I could see Han thinking it'd look good because Lando does it (but he wears it with a chain) lol
Lando does wear Han's clothes when he's piloting the Falcon in return of the Jedi. They were all his clothes the whole time. That vest used to be a tuxedo coat.
I was thinking the vest was Han's (decidedly lacking in swag), but I like your idea better.
They also 1000% hooked up at some point in time.
Same could be said for Lando and anyone else he shares any scene with at all, including background weirdos in Jabba's palace. That's just Lando, baby.
Though while I do get the appeal, I find it hard to see Han Solo as not being straight. There isnt a single gay vibe there. He is however an absolute bromantic, the two can be confused cause they both involve guys being close. He's good at friendship. He still totally hooked up with Lando, cause that's Lando baby
