Apparently they were doing exercises at the abandoned St. Luke's hospital. Which is a bit on the nose for the babykiller brigade

I don't see how that's useful and couldn't just be a training building constructed in their own land.

Makes me think this is more about a display of power and intimidation domestically at a time when views of the military as invincible are weakening due to Iran clearly winning.
