I didn't have any issue getting one when I was under 30.
Granted, it didn't find anything.
Wanted to add that at my most recent check up, they did ask if I got a colonoscopy at my last checkup as part of the standard battery and my brother mentioned his doctor makes a point to bring up that younger people have been having colon issues and that you should get one if needed. My brother hasn't been having GI issues - that was just part of her standard script for checkups.
