Mma genuinely creeps me out as a sport. It's 75%just people laying on top of each other and giving each other brain damage and 25% trying to get in a position to lay on top of someone and give them brain damage

there was a sport called "power slap" which is like if you were to sit down and design from first principles a sport intended only to give people brain damage.

so yeah compared to that MMA is pretty good (i prefer boxing with or without kicks)

Sometimes there are arm bars and other submissions like that.
