I'd have expected Roberts or Kavanaugh before Gorsuch. I'm just glad they didn't join the dissent.
Kavanaugh voted with them on the Constitution stating that it was only federal law that was broken.
probably too much attention on the scotus/president right now. i guaranteed they will try this when everyone is distracted again.
I had money on Barrett, but only because I forgot about Gorsuck. Knew Uncle Tom would be one of the three though
