He did clarify that its a vibration recall collar. He didn't use the collar in the clip though, its for if he needs to recall her when she is off leash. And she is well trained enough to respond to it. Honestly, its an example of the utmost responsibility for someone who owns a large dog to be able to recall it effectively.
Okay so it is a vibration collar, still not a shock collar like the weirdos were saying.
