I have a very high energy dog. That motherfucker still sleeps most of the day because we walk multiple miles a day, multiple times a day, every single day.
One time my dog got so excited I was home that he wagged his tail too hard and clipped the tip of it on something. This displeased him so he yelped, but then saw me again and got excited again and started wagging his bleeding tail aggressively again. Which proceeded to spray blood everywhere. It looked like a fucking murder scene with my dog yelping and wagging and blood going everywhere.
If you didn't know anything about dogs and walked into that scene without context it would look like I was torturing him. In reality I was trying to get him to stop wagging so he'd stop bleeding everywhere and making the mess worse.
Dogs are fucking weird. They hurt themselves in the dumbest fucking ways imaginable. Then they make a whole scene out of it when they do. I highly highly doubt Hasan shocked his dog. This looks like "dog did dumb thing to hurt itself accidentally" which dogs do ALL THE TIME
My dog would jump at me and whelp loudly if his leg got caught in my bag's strap even if it didn't hurt him.
There's plenty of things to criticise hasan for but this is pretty obviously just ethan/destiny fans grasping at straws

He did clarify that its a vibration recall collar. He didn't use the collar in the clip though, its for if he needs to recall her when she is off leash. And she is well trained enough to respond to it. Honestly, its an example of the utmost responsibility for someone who owns a large dog to be able to recall it effectively.
