Pretty sure that rising from the bottom by definition is Left.
Centrists and right wing people are all about the top down authoritarianism in the US, possibly everywhere.
No idea who whis dude is but as an outsider i would say it is clever to try to paint leftist policies in a not left color, given the american political climate where everything is communism.
You mean almost complete ignorance and reasoning capacity of 2nd graders?
Yes. When you cannot appear like a classic leftist because thats politically nonviable in the country, it would seem a good idea to paint yourself something else, even if your policies are the same.
Think of the polls having republicans agree on virtually every socialist policy until it is pointed out to them. The potential is there, but classic leftist ideologies are tainted in the american discourse.
