Ramen noodles. I've taken to cooking them with lots of extra broth to fill me up more (like, 4 cups) because otherwise I will eat half my daily calories in a single sitting.
I put in about twice as many vegetables as my parents ever attempted putting on my plate as a child.

Recently I've been drinking the broth for breakfast and saving the noodles to fry with veggies for dinner.
This one's got sweat peas, garbanzos, broccoli, carrot, onion, corn, garlic, and pineapple!
