She's one of those celebrities whose image is 100% invented by marketing people, no one has any idea what kind of person she actually is

Which means we can only fall back on wide-scale basics like that she is a billionaire and that she associates with monsters. So yeah she's a shit person, but whether she's actively evil or just passively evil I don't think anyone will know unless she pulls an Elon Musk and fires all her media handlers
