I see that the 4.8% was a mistake thankfully. I don't know much about body fat but I did see a video that showed you what each range looks like for male and female and the percentages of how many people fall under each. Basically hitting 10% and under is like the 1% range. Its extremely hard to stay under this level, is not healthy, and generally your only this low for specific reasons like competitions. 10-15% is still hard to maintain and again normally only obtainable by people who constantly exercise and eat specific diets. 15-20% is where most people who workout and eat right will end up. 20-30% is healthy and the range most people fit into. 30-40% is also not crazy either and it was interesting to see when shown people how despite being at that level some people can look heavier and others look completely fit still. I think anything above 40% is where you should be working on yourself.
