DR. MANHATTAN WAS NOT A GOOD GUY! HE WAS A EXAMINATION OF HOW IF A PERSON WERE ELEVATED TO A GODLIKE STATUS THEY WOULD BE DISTANCED FROM HUMANITY AND COME TO SEE THEM AS WE SEE ANTS!
OK BUT HE WAS STILL MADE THE ULTIMATE ARBITER OF MORALITY AT THE END OF THE SERIES. THE COMICS POLITICS ARE ACTUALLY NOT VERY SKIBIDI, ALAN MOORE HAS WEIRD VIEWS.
